Agreement
By accessing this site, submitting a contact or booking form, purchasing a listed plan, or using the Email Health Check, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Services
BuddyHost provides technical services such as hosting, audits, migrations, email deliverability work, and WordPress performance optimization. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in the proposal, order confirmation, or separate statement of work for each engagement.
Orders, fees, and payment
Where a plan or service has a published price, that price is shown before checkout or confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment may be processed by us or by a third-party payment or hosting platform; their terms may apply in addition to these terms. Taxes and currency conversion may apply as shown at checkout.
Third-party services
We may integrate with or recommend third-party providers (for example hosting platforms, DNS, email providers, or payment processors). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services — for example by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a breach or risk to security or other users.
Disclaimers
Technical work is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (for example inbox placement, uptime, or rankings). Tools such as the Email Health Check produce informational output; they are not a substitute for legal or compliance advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuddyHost and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or a reasonable cap where no fee applies.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted in line with the laws applicable where BuddyHost operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or venues should be specified in your jurisdiction with legal advice.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; material changes for ongoing services should be communicated where required by law or contract.
