Privacy Policy
This notice describes how BuddyHost ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and related services. It reflects how the site is built and operated today.

What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional company and website, topic, and your message — submitted when you use Contact.
- Email deliverability check: technical data from your test message (for example sending domain and headers), a session token for your run, and if you choose to provide them, your name and email for follow-up or report delivery.
- Cookies and similar technologies: including a first-party cookie that stores your cookie preference choices. See our Cookie policy.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, run the email check you requested, deliver HTML reports and operational emails, improve the service, and meet legal or security obligations.
Storage and hosting
Submissions and related records may be stored in our databases on infrastructure we control. Retention depends on operational and legal needs; we remove or anonymise data when it is no longer required for those purposes.
Outbound email (for example contact notifications, autoresponders, and report delivery) is sent using our mail configuration. Recipients and mail hosts depend on environment and product settings.
Analytics, marketing, and live chat
Optional analytics or marketing tags load only when your cookie preferences allow those categories; specific vendors are listed in the Cookie policy when live. If live chat is enabled for the site, a third-party provider may load scripts and set cookies; that happens only when you allow the Functional category (see the Cookie policy).
Fonts and checkout links
This site loads the Inter typeface via Next.js font optimization (files are served with the application). Plan or purchase links may send you to an external URL configured for hosting checkout; that site has its own privacy practices.
Admin access
Operator-only areas of the service use session cookies for authentication. Those areas are not part of the public marketing site.
Your choices and questions
You can contact us at the email above about this policy or to exercise rights that apply to you. Where the law requires, we will respond within applicable timeframes.
Changes
We may update this notice when our practices change. The current version is always published on this page.
